scam
by: AaaWhat kind of lists do the sororities have behind the scenes? A select group of girls are wanted by all the top sororities. All the other girls fall to the middle and lower ones or don't get picked at all. What kind of info. do they have that causes this?? It's BS
#1by: I think
That they look at the photo you send in....some girls are assigned to look at Facebook pages before recruitment even begins,
they also look at you r hair, make-up clothes ect.
And if you are over weight you do not have a chance...
I understand it it BS, but that is the basics......more involved obviously
And I am not in a sorority, but know lots of girls who are......and I hear them talking...so that is what I have pieced together

Every sorority has its own secret selection process. Each sorority has no way of knowing who the other houses are inviting back during the process. Sorority members are forbidden from telling non members of that sorority how this is done. There is no 'special list' shared by the so called "top" sororities .

Some is appearance based, which is just like real life. But there are beautiful girls in every house. More is based on who you know. If a house has lots of sisters and connections with a given area or high school then you will see even less pretty girls get in to that house from that school or area.
#4by: Well....
Some of it is natural selection, just liking choosing teams in gym class; everyone wants the same kids and those seen as being more capable are chosen first. From the sororities' side, they often know a lot about girls in advance - from resumes, photos submitted, Facebook, friends of members - and who they might want. That can and does change though because many girls look "great on paper" but are complete duds when it comes to conversation and girls are dropped. There is no list that anyone shares but someone who is stellar will be very attractive to all the sororities.
Clearly adding two more N.P.C. Groups would meet the demand of finding sorority homes for girls. This can't happen soon enough but more girls should have maximized their options.
