Pretty close. I'd say Pi phi is higher up than Chi O though.

I would say that Pi Phi and XO are tied. I prefer XO though. Both are equal on looks, XO more natural, Pi phi more done up. XO is a little nicer and more conservative but Pi Phi is wild but a ton of fun!
