I'd switch pi phi and theta, pi kapp and tep, delt and kappa sig

Theta is still better than Pi Phi. If anything Pi Phi might move down after their mediocre PC. Delt shouldn't even be as high as it is. They are light years behind Kappa squid.

Pretty close. AEPi is def not a mid tier and KA should arguably be lower mid. Apart from those two though not bad

delt throws way better parties than kappa sig, and ato is top 3 houses on campus.
