This is really good. I think Pi Phi belongs with Chi O, and KD is alone at 3rd as well.

Aopi still isn't top tier yet. Upper mid maybe but just because they got a good pledge class last year doesn't make them equal with DG yet

Just put Chi O under Pi Phi and this is spot on. There's a big difference in quality between the two.
