this is the best order based on social calendar, homecoming pairings and looks. some houses are on the brim obviously, but if there had to be a distributed rank, this would be it

Aopi still isn't top tier yet. Upper mid maybe but just because they got a good pledge class last year doesn't make them equal with DG yet

Just put Chi O under Pi Phi and this is spot on. There's a big difference in quality between the two.

don't know why ppl hate on DG. if you look at the pledge classes of the top houses they pretty much all seem same...some hot, some not
