Pi Kapp still owns the house that ZBT is in and will reclaim it in one year when the brotherhood is built back up. So you can rate the house.

My Uncles were at UF about 15-20 years ago (one was an SAE and the other an ATO), they both say Pi Kapp was pretty good when they were there. Hard to imagine though.
