This was once the BEST house on campus. Hoping they can make it what it once was...soon.

How is this house even being ranked if they're not even back on campus yet? Just curious how that's able to happen.

if these guys are ranked this high right now, I wonder what they'll be like when they actually get back on campus. Kinda makes you laugh, and scratch your head at the same time!

how can you rate the un-rateable? This house doesn't exist! So what's there to rate?

Pi Kapp still owns the house that ZBT is in and will reclaim it in one year when the brotherhood is built back up. So you can rate the house.

how do you know whether or not they thre good parties? Were you around in 2008?

My Uncles were at UF about 15-20 years ago (one was an SAE and the other an ATO), they both say Pi Kapp was pretty good when they were there. Hard to imagine though.
