is it embarrassing to rush as a sophomore? is it harder to get a bid?

It’s definitely not embarrassing to rush as a sophomore. There is a separate quota for taking upperclassmen PNMs, so it might even work to your advantage. If you’re already at UF make sure to let your friends in sororities already know that you’re going through recruitment. Good luck!
