Homecoming pairings- how is it working

How are hoco pairings working this year? I know Adpi being with pikapp last year has made a lot of ppl fuss and cause this new way but how is different ? Is it true you can’t gift or court, are there still going to be under the table pairings ?

Pairs aren’t complete. Sororities still turning frats down.

Sororities not pairing frats unless paid . Some so disgusting so srats won’t pair
