Is phi delt a top or mid tier frat?

I’ve heard different things, - that is used to be top 2 or 3, but now guys are saying they’re very mid tier? What’s true? I want to know what kind of frat I’m getting myself into

Phi delt fell off really hard they used to be top but everyone this year agrees that they’re mid now, they don’t have the same pull they used to

they party hard and with the good sororities but not the best relations with other frats
