Base strat tier list

I think UF’s base tier is extremely strong compared to other schools and would be considered mid anywhere else. Here is where I think they all stand as of fall 2024 and why.

1. Alpha Phi - def on the rise, new house and good mc last year. They are also really dedicated on working on their rank. Could move up from base soon if they keep at it as they’ve already passed phi mu and made themselves equal to kkg.

2. Kappa Kappa Gamma - paired with AGR, recent hazing scandal. Pretty much tied with Aphi but could lose their spot to them soon if they don’t recruit well. Heard they bought insta followers too lol

3. Phi Mu - Flopped last year, lots of people dropping and bad mc. Bad hoco pair too. They aren’t trying to do anything to improve their rep and seem pretty complacent where they are. Will be passed by gphi soon if they continue like this, just like they where passed by Aphi.

4. Gamma Phi Beta - Def on the rise, they seem to have finally settled in and are working on improving their rank. Last mc was very good and has a good hoco pair. Their sisterhood seems very strong and could be passing Phi Mu soon.

5. Alpha Epsilon Phi - Seem to be just complacent with being bottom, not trying to do anything better. Last mc was ok and they are relatively forgettable. Has defiantly been passed by Gphi and could be passed by SK soon if they continue.

6. Sigma Kappa - Bottom of the bottom. Unfortunately, they suffer from being the usual butt of the joke. They also have a very bad hock pair. Still, they are a good house and have been really killing it with their PR. If they keep up at it I can see them possibly passing Aephi in the future.
