Obviously all the houses have great girls- I have friends in pretty much every chapter and the houses are way more diverse than you realize at first but this is what I think is accurate in 2024.

bottom tier is not the best word it just means the houses are less popular based on recruitment numbers they have to invite back more people during recruitment to try to get quota for a pledge class. higher houses have better return rates. you can find great sisterhoods in all houses.
