a top tier has more social events and gos out more but any frat will have a good time maybe except the real bottom of the bottom

pi kapp house best on frat row, great tailgates, good semester party. true mid frat. delt i’d say lower mid, tailgates fun. house off row, good for game days. delt the halls good for freshman. phi delt mid too, don’t really hear much about them, unless paired for hoco or have a social w them. pike mid, house off row, good for gamedays. great spring semester party, hot babes love pike
