Panhellenic looks at the computer that can tell which houses have been ranked highest to lowest in previous years. They take this data and tell houses how many PNMs they have to drop each round. The most popular houses have to drop the most members thus it is harder to get in. The lower ranked houses can invite back the most etc etc
