Fraternity characteristics

I plan on rushing this fall, and I won't have much time to figure things out once on campus because I'm OOS. Which are the best 1 of 2 fraternities in each of these categories. Please suggest over categories if I missed something.
Best at intramural sports
Best looking (regardless of other factors like being jerks)
Best house
Best parties
Most likely to get a date with a totally hot chick based just on their letters?
Most exclusive (hardest to get into)
Richest fraternity
Best game day tailgate
Best campus leadership involvement and roles
Best brotherhood (close knit with few cliques)
Best mid-tier fraternity at getting babes
Best at volunteer activities
Best academics (upper-mid++)
Most positive pledging experience that hazes but isn’t over top about it (I’m fine with hazing I just don’t want to die or be on academic suspension afterwards)

Best looking (regardless of other factors like being jerks): ATO/Beta
Best house: Pi Kapp/Theta Chi/ATO
Best parties: They all throw good parties lol
Most likely to get a date with a totally hot chick based just on their letters?: ATO
Most exclusive (hardest to get into): Phi Delt
Richest fraternity: Beta
Best game day tailgate: Theta Chi, Pi Kapp, KA
Best campus leadership involvement and roles: Sig Ep
Best brotherhood (close knit with few cliques): All besides ATO and Phi Delt
Best mid-tier fraternity at getting babes: Kappa Sig/Delt/KA
Best at volunteer activities: Sig Ep
Best academics: Sig Ep
