Ranks don’t change that much

Always will look somewhat like this. Hasn’t changed since last year or the year before, some of these ranks r rly messed up. This is the common consensus. same line = tie

If you are going to say that ranks haven't changed much, then you should use the ranks from two years ago...you made a couple changes on your own...looking back, it would be this:
