Aopi has been on a downward trend for years now. They are definitely middle tier as there is a big difference between top 5 and them.

Probably bc Kappa is on two year probation for hazing. Phi MU has a better reputation in philanthropy, nice girls and great sisterhood

seems to me from every rank ever posted and all the comments on them that the criteria for most top houses (with an exception or two) is sleaziness, meanness and lack of sisterhood...these seem to be all the comments you hear about them. where the lower houses you hear they are smart, nice and have a great sisterhood (also with a couple exceptions).
