reasons why zta is not top anymore

-awful mc 23 class not too material at all
- that one girl who literally stole money from her sister??
- not involved in anything on campus
- have some crazy crazy girls but scandals are hidden (like actually crazy)
- have their big little week 2-3 weeks earlier than any other chapter bc girls drop like flies
- crazy cliquey
- did spring rush (no true top does that)
- lowkey hang w bottom (or just not top) frats
-have no cheerleaders or anything that would make them classy

Zeta ‘23 fall class was dismal. Why they didn’t take top PNM’s?? … maybe the PNM’s didn’t choose them. They aren’t as great as they use to be. Same w tri delt. Their fall ‘23 new member class was so average not the same girls from 5 years ago.

DDD had a good MC 23, not as good as ADPI but very respectable and much better than ZTA

They had a much better class in 24. ADPi and dg had the top classes both years. DDD is still a top house but fell from their number one rank in 23 and 24

House . Period.

Honor, integrity, morality, class and involvement make a house top tier. Of course looks make a difference but it is not the end all
