how is delt so rich

how does delt have so much money to throw all of these fun parties and have date functions to these expensive places? although their house is old, i arguably feel like delt has the most money out of any frat? i’ve always been wondering why this is and how they have so much money to spend because they don’t have a crazy amount of members like ato or anything but they definitely spend more than ato and definitely throw good parties way more than any other frat
like literally everyone goes to delt the halls and deltra and somehow they have enough money to pay for drinks for everyone?
