MC ‘23 drop out
by: Kittycat
Imo, many sororities need to do a better job when it comes to new member classes bonding and new members bonding with older girls. It is just not happening like it should and I hear that from friends in all different sororities. It’s so exhausting. I feel like my mc ‘23 class is not doing anything together. So girls that were top PNM’s like me are considering dropping. Frats don’t care if you are in sorority anyway. U still go to the parties.
They rushed us hard but some of the older girls aren’t friendly and don’t even talk or try to socialize with us now that initiation is over.

This is unfortunately what happens when a house rushes girls for their potential addition to their status (aka looks, IG exposure, fashion sense) rather than the true personality of the pnm. This is why you find such a mixture of genuine girls in mid and lower tier because they put emphasis on the personality and similar values that match that of the sorority, not just what a sorority thinks they can do for their tier status and how they look. Once you get into that type of sorority, you see the true girls...you are there to make them look good, not for them to help you become the best person you can be. And that's when girls drop. You don't find a sisterhood, you find an image machine churning girls out left and right. Sorry for the girls that went through the bait and switch.
