Incident Description: engaging in behavior of throwing objects, including bottles, at the Theta Chi chapter house, while occupied, and at individuals outside the Theta Chi chapter house. It is further alleged that the behavior resulted in damage to the Theta Chi chapter house as well as endangering the health, safety, or welfare of the individuals both inside and outside the chapter house.

Sanctions: Probation until end of Fall 2023; Educational Sanctions
