I get it, you have a house now and you're excited, but having a house does not automatically bump your rank and your pc was NOT way better than anyone else.
Pan love where pan love is due...but slow it down on the self-ranking and self-promoting in all the comments and ranks on here. We all want you to succeed...the more great houses, the better UF panhellenic is. but not by stepping all over everyone else and trying to bump houses down in ranks to crawl your way up the ranks.

This!!! Alpha Phi got a good class for Alpha Phi. They did not pull any top PNMs. Getting a house did not make them go from bottom tier to middle of mid tier in one year. Y'all did well and maybe are on the move, but not just yet. Just be happy that you did ok in rush this year.

Alpha Phi had a better rush than usual this year. This didn't make them fly up the rankings. A new house is exciting and they should legitimately be happy with the class they recruited this year. Just stop with the self-ranking putting yourselves at the middle to top of middle tier. No. Maybe after 3-4 years of good recruitments, but not in fall of 2023.
