First of all, Y’all act like kappa was cheated. Kappa is exactly where it’s been in retry much every rank I’ve seen, which is either low mid, or top of bottom, so I don’t know what everyone’s so butt hurt about. And yeah, I think houses do jump quite a bit when they go from being brand new, having no house whatsoever, to having one of the nicest, brand new freaking mansions and a new mc that is hella pretty and FUN.
The only thing I would change is I’d put phi mu and kappa both above aephi and piphi. but not by a lot, so it’s whatever.

I agree. I think the only thing holding aphi back for the first years on campus was not having a house. That’s a huge deal. Like deal breaker. Now that they have one of the nicest mansions on row, I think why def jumped rank fast bc they already had a lot of pretty girls and they’re very friendly. So I don’t think it’s crazy for them to come up that fast at all.
But, I also would our phi mu and kappa up to mid mid and put pi phi and Deephi down to bottom mid.
And…unpopular opinion but I still think tri delt is top tier, they just need new leadership. They are still superior to AOii

DDD is too low. They have the hottest members and that counts for something. I would put them at least equal to ZTA. No way is aopi on the same level. XO is better than kappa. Aphi did great this year plus they have a new house. Not sure if they are lower middle yet but they are at least on par with phimu

They have a ton of great girls and a nice house. I think they are bottom all the time because they are the house that takes everyone that gets dropped everywhere else. But….let’s be honest, girls at uf are already top notch just for getting in. It’s not like any of the sororities are lacking amazing women. There’s a lot of unconnected, attractive, middle class girls who get dropped by upper tiers just because they don’t know someone or have daddy’s money to bring to the table. So there’s nothing wrong with SK, they just aren’t very exclusive.

Yeah but a house does not suddenly jump from bottom to half way up mid and then mid houses pushed way down and jumped over and….yeah. It’s not that drastic. This is somebody’s own wish list and pipe dream.
