New rankings after considering PCs

One PC doesn't change the rankings a ton but it does allow for some movement. There are no bad chapters here either.

So you've looked at a few IG posts of the new PC and somehow can form an opinion on a house?... and then rank them based on what house had the most photogenic models showcased in their IG posts, or which posts catered to the status seekers best, at least that would be more realistic.

Oh please, dismount that high horse. there are other houses in the past that have had a conduct review or probation for minor things still showing on their record (ie DG and underage drinking during an organized chapter event) that don’t affect their rank.

Gotta agree. Like When so called top houses get thrown out of formal events for drunken disorderly conduct but still stay at the top….yeah, nice try. Stop hating on houses.

Agreed. Kappa underrated. Classy, pretty, nice girls. No one in Kappa or Chi O would go anywhere near sororities like Zeta, DDD, AOPi, or Theta. Pi Phi, AXO, and A Phi social climbers and come off desperate. Tier system means nothing.
