Pi phi and theya will always be top of middle tier no matter how many alpha phis, kappas, and axos come on here and try to claim they are bottom. It’s so painfully obvious they are just trying to move up by dragging houses down

i think pi phi is still with dz/xo but after this year (esp after courting) most likely will be axo/deeph level. axo can be annoying and they take as many pretty girls as they can but its kinda working out in their favor more than how pi phi’s been recruiting.
claiming that aphi is better than most mid tier houses tho is a joke bc at best they’re top of bottom with phi mu… and phi mu is a lot stronger than them imo

bruh wym how pi phi is recruiting. we all know pi phi is known for taking authentic girls rather than boring pretty girls. why is that an issue.

We all are aware that Pi Phi takes authentic girls. But XO and DZ, who they’re traditionally compared to, have been taking authentic girls who are also super pretty and slightly more classy. We can all totally appreciate the value in authenticity but they can’t compete with the new PCs the rest of true mid and upper mid are bringing in.

Many houses are doing spring rush because their nationals are requiring them too. It has nothing to do with how strong the chapter is or how well they did in fall recruitment.

My nationals will make us COB if we have girls graduate, drop, and only have 2 or 3 spots open. Honestly I think that's the worst scenario because we get a lot of girls who are excited about joining and get their hopes up when there's almost no chance with so few spots open.

Nah pi phi, ur literally the only chapter in campus i’ve seen take TWENTY THREE girls for a spring class. Spring classes here are usually 15 girls MAX, most chapters take less than 10. for pi phi to take 23 girls means 1) hella members dropped (not just graduated) and 2) they’re just not selective. Bruh like i don’t even think alpha phi takes spring classes that big lol.

people are putting axo and kappa above pi phi and deeph. kappa was literally bottom last year and all of the sudden for no reason they are top of upper mid in some ranks?? like there are some many reasons on both sides that axo and kappa are not upper mid but they just self rank
