Sad Alpha Phi did not chose to get property closer to sorority row. Sigma Kappa and Gamma Phi Beta both have better location and sadly looks like nicer built home. It did not move them up. Finishes at Alpha Phi house did not not look so great -drop ceiling in video? Really. Also video was meh- very disappointed as girl going through rush. Looked boring. Wanted to like it.

a house doesn’t give a boost that easily.. I think aphi has the possibility to solidify a spot in bottom of mid after this recruitment though.
Also one thing I can say for sure is that none of those comments are pnms & all current members. Their house looks great. As a pan woman you should be happy for them they deserve to be happy about their house so I don’t get raining on their parade rn.
All in all the physical house doesn’t make a sisterhood either so pnms go where you feel the happiest!!
