like most frats who consider themselves top tier, they only like to socialize with the same handful of sororities who are facey ,mostly like to party and wear revealing outfits. This is not to say all girls in top tier srats are like this, but this is what the guys are looking for. Mid-tier srat classiness need not apply. lol
