Is Tep a solid middle tier fraternity? That's what I heard. That theyre slowly rising up.

Yes, TEP is middle tier. As for being on the rise, they have potential but don't seem to care about doing anything that would move them up in the rankings.

I wouldn't classify TEP as middle tier. They're not involved enough. They're pretty unknown actually and don't hang out with a lot of sororities. I would say they're bott tier though because they're not nerdy or geeky. They just kinda fly under the radar.
