Joining a fraternity as an exchange student

Hello everyone.
As I more or less got the confimation from UF that I will attend the University of Florida for the 2023/2024 academic year (2 semesters), I wondered if there is any chance getting part of a fraternity during this time.
According to most of the internet it highly depends on the school that you are going to.
Would be nice if you could share your view on this topic.

I was wondering if I'll be able to rush as the IFC is saying: "You must be a degree-seeking student at the University of Florida in order to join a fraternity. Students enrolled at other institutions are not eligible for membership and joining is a violation of UF policies."
