Depends on which fraternity/sorority
Most fraternities are around 2 grand per semester and to live in house is around $400 per month.

Most sororities are around 2.6 grand-3.5 grand per semester, and in house is about $400-$700.

Most are about the same, but it is tough to estimate each chapter and their costs.

However, if a fraternity or sorority just built a new house, like theta chi (and phi delt may be moving) then expect dues to jump and in house to jump as well.

Most sororities are a little over 2G the first semester(with initiation fees)…..and then go to about 1800.00 for out of house per semester….includes 10 meals a week

and then there is also smaller things during semester that you pay for like Tshirts and support of the other Greeks philanthropies…so prob another 200-400 depending on how involved you are

Living in most of the older houses is pretty inexpensive…not sure about the Newer Houses…I have heard much more expensive

Pike is 1900 per semester living out of house w/ required meal plan. If you're pledging add on $200 for IFC feeds. Pretty sure in-house pays an additional $500/month but I can't confirm.
