Axo and kkg have always been mid tier... Lower mid tier yes, but they are definitely a step up from phi mu and the others.

pi phi and deeph both recruited badly, and had a bad time with homecoming courting. they are bottom of mid, chi o and dz are both way more desirable to both fraternities and pnms nowadays.

You can search this site and get 100 different rankings. The one thing they all have in common is constantly fighting over the order of the "top" and who they want to push from mid to bottom...No real criteria, just superficial opinions of houses.
But yes, the houses that are fun and real and diverse with great sisterhood that don't live on these sites and worry about rank and fly under the radar, those are houses that these polls will call "mid".

Bottom tier includes. Axo amd kappa.

At least get your info right…Kappa was courted all three rounds. It’s pi phi and deeph that weren’t courted until round three. So if you want to use that as criteria, kappa would be ahead of them. And if you want to compare recruiting classes, definitely ahead.
