Definitely pike and theta chi as well. And also Kappa Sigma, ZBT, and DTD. All respectable houses.

SAE and ATO aren't southern, they're bunch of So FLo kids who went to a Vineyard Vines outlet.

Actually, I would have to disagree with you on that. I have hung around all three of those fraternities and KA has a good bit of posers who are trying to fit in because KA is trying to grasp onto their certain stereotype. ATO and SAE don't really try to recruit guys based on how "southern" they are and don't really care about that like KA does. If you have ever hung out with these fraternities you would know that. I suspect that you are a guy in another fraternity or are just needlessly bashing on ATO or SAE because they are both very good fraternities. There's a reason why both of those fraternities are better than KA, and by far.

the fraternities that came out on top after the 2012-2013 year are SAE, Sigma Chi, Beta, Phi Delt, and ATO. All dominated socially and had the best years of recruitment as well.
