if your rushing based on what houses are the nicest than youd be better off not rushing at all. Frat houses are all grimy because they're frat houses. with the exception of beta

Are generally only nice when they're new. So right now the nicest ones are probably Beta and PIKE, next year it'll be Theta Chi and PiKapp.

You mean Beta and AEPi? Pike's house is really old but still in better condition than most. Delta Chi and Delta Upsilon also have pretty nice houses (But don't go to the last two unless you're desperate).

Some of the order is very off. Kappa Sig is no where near Beta, Pike, KA, or even Theta Chi/ZBT for that matter. Phi Tau is not close to Theta Chi or ZBT either, I mean they didn't even have a homecoming. I don't even here about any of Pi Kapp's events, so they're not really "rebounding"Here are the real rankings.

got a pretty big re-founding class and are reportedly building a very awesome house on their property when they get it back from ZBT soon. Probably the reason their events aren't terribly big is cause they just came back and don't currently have a house. Dunno how they are right now, but they were very big before getting kicked off and have a very big, wealthy alumni base who want to see the new chapter succeed. Not sure how long it'll take, but I imagine they'll make quick progress like Pike.

Compare/contrast SAE and Sigma Chi? Both seem to be in the top spot in all of rankings

Both have the most attractive guys, and girls that come around, throw the best parties, have the best reputations. Both are reallllly far above the others honestly. The difference would probably be that if you asked any SAE to describe himself.. he'd probably say "fratty" before anything else, they pride themselves on being very TFM and Sigma Chi is more relaxed/genuine. But both have great guys and a lot of fun, so.
