fraternity comments

One of the Pi Kapp selling points that has been listed here many times is that their dues this year will be much cheaper than everyone else, so I don't think it's fair to say the "good money for a fraternity experience" when you have let's say one of the top 5 where you pay 2000ish a semester plus additional costs that come up like clothes and what not, when at Pi Kapp you'd pay 500. Yeah they won't have a house til next year, but I don't think a year is that long to wait for freshmen who don't live in the house anyways. Also I think it's been said many times on GR that they do have off campus places, so that hanging out at the Reitz part isn't really fair either. If you're "caring" for the freshman not getting "tricked" you shouldn't lie to downgrade whatever fraternity either.

Ok guys, the responses below me are definitely from Pi Kapps. Why would anyone say something nice bout another fraternity or defend them? That being said, you can't trust anything on these websites because the only thing you'll find are greeks that are supposed to be men PMSing. Rush wherever you want (based on your style so fla or southern, where your friends go, where you're invited to, or where you're a legacy).

what are the top three southern and top three so fla and/or mixed fraternities?
