"Everyone says Pi Kapp's a mix", "They have a few guys that rejected bids from top frats". Ok, I'm assuming that means they have a few good guys. Anyone care to name at least one good guy they have? No? Know why? Because it's bullsch!+. They're going to be bottom tier and that's that.

No one's mad, it's just stupid and irritating. You're wasting most freshmen's time when everyone knows which houses are top. They could be going to those rather than a house that was good but is now worthless. Go to Pi Kapp if you got rejected from every other house.

Assets and history are important though, and they will have both. I'm not saying they're gonna shoot straight to the top immediately, but chances are they'll become a decent house in a relatively short time.
