First off, it's clear Sigma Chi is the new top house (for now) so stop putting SAE up there with them.
Beta is still not comparable to ATO. They are starting to be considered a top house but that may only be for a little while.
Theta Chi has a chance with their new house coming to overtake KA and move up but we'll need to see how this year plays out for them.
ZBT however is not on the same level as KA or Theta Chi. ZBT will be without a house at the end of the semester. They are definetly going down.
TEP isn't going anywhere.
Pike has a long long way to go. They may be more comparable to ZBT.
Sig Ep lost top house spot after a semester of mishaps after mishaps. Will be a while before we hear from them again.

No, Sigma Chi is not the top dog. SAE is just as good. Before the top houses were Sig Ep (for the South Floridians), Sigma Chi (for the in-betweens), and SAE (for the southerners). Why would it change now?
Beta is right below ATO but could easily pass them in a year or two since ATO has been sucking recently and Beta has been rising despite their girly nature.
Theta Chi will go down for a bit while at TKE but might overtake KA next year.
ZBT has gotten to their level whether you like it or not (but not for long). KA sucks now and Theta Chi has been stagnant while ZBT has shot up.
TEP and Pike could very well be the new ZBT and Theta Chi by default.
Sig Ep will fall but could reclaim their spot with some hard work.
