if they don't get DZ they shouldn't even have a homecoming..why bother. on the other hand they do have a lot going for them; with their involvement and new house. it would be dumb of DZ to pick pike over them

KA has dropped a lot so people are beginning to say they're middle tier. As for TEP being better than Pike and KS, they're at the same level as Pike (your personal preference as to which is better) but better than KS. Only way you would say KS is better is if you're southern.

ZBT is nowhere near KA
The only reason they are next to theta chi is because they've been on the downward trend. zbt has no history in UF and will not have a house come end of fall

For now they're very close. KA has been sliding down for at least the past 3 years while ZBT has been on the rise. But you're right, after ZBT loses their house they won't be. Actually, TEP and Pike might take ZBT and Theta Chi's spot at least for a while.

their slide, KA is still a level above theta chi/zbt/etc

Everyone else is bottom tier.

And then insert Pi Kapp somewhere in that mid tier, depends on their PC.
