We'll let you have the "big boy weights" and the Panama City/Daytona beaches. We'll take the Keys and the Carolinas. You keep your Snookis and we'll keep our Southern belles.

Seems like a proper compromise to us.

Diss on the South like that. What fraternity guy calls the South the skid mark of the country? Also Texas>Florida.

You don't get the Keys. The Keys are part of Florida, $h!+head. And for the record, we have southern belles and "guidettes". So nice to have choices.

Finally, someone with a cool head. Geographically yes, we are part of the South, but culturally we're different. We have pockets of southern culture but for the most part we're one of a kind.

Florida was Southern more in regard to the fact that it was one of the Confederate States. Like Texas, most of Florida is no longer considered Deep South, but I'd still say that it has enough reson to be considered somewhat of a Southern state.

Suspended four years ago for hazing, lost all brothers.
Huge history here, but have no existing brothers, don't know how much history matters.
National came in spring and recruited a group.
Seems like half decent guys that turned down top bids for some reason, half guys that suck.

Own ZBT's house, no one knows when they take it back.
Probably lowest dues on campus.
Good rush = middle tier.
Bad rush = bottom tier.
Either the good guys carry them and get a good PC and water down those weirdos or they get a bad PC and start at the bottom.
Rush will be the first time anyone sees them all at once.

They do have existing brothers from before they were kicked off campus. Those guys along with nationals are going to be the brains of the operation. And no, you still have to pledge if you get a bid. Only then will you be a brother.
