Top Tier: SAE, KA, ATO, Sigma Chi, Sig Ep

Now, that is all you need to know. It's all politics, but the top tier Fraternities are based off of the top tier sororities. These Fraternities coordinate with the top sororities hence theme being top tier.

ATBlow is accurate.. they're known for their blow but not top tier by any stretch.

Top Tier: SigEP, SAE, PhiDelt

PhiDelt really is a poor man's SigEp, but better than the rest.

ATO is having homecoming with ZTA (much to my chagrin) because the former President's dad is/was an ATO. Does that make them top tier? Dunno, but they're not my cup of tea, that's for sure.

SAE SigmaChi and SigEp are the top fraternities. All three have large brotherhoods, great houses, and good relations/social events with every top 6 sorority.

PhiDelt Beta KA ATO follow after, and are also pretty good, but just not top houses as their pcs have been inconsistent and they only have good relations with certain top sororities.

ThetaChi KappaSig PhiTau ZBT TEP are last ditch resorts. Otherwise you are not part of UF greek life.
