It's looking like middle tier for the Pi Kapps so far. They have a few good guys but it's not enough. They'll be better off recruiting only a few guys that are high quality and building up slowly rather than accepting anyone and setting a bad tone for pledge classes to come.

Honestly, the problem these guys have is they recruited a few too many not top tier material guys, they went for quantity over quality in spring. There's no doubt they have some great guys there, and I know 2 who did reject bids from top houses. This year will be key for them. If they can get a 30+ pledge class with quality guys, then they are in good shape. If they don't, then I don't see them moving up heavily like some of them predict.

However, that comment regarding good houses and then comparing to DeltaChi/KS is way off...The difference is that Pi Kapp has historically been one of, if not THE top house here at UF. PiKapp was top when kicked off in 07. DX/KS were not. Pi Kapp will have a lot of alumni support and while they don't do the socials, the money they have will help.

I have a feeling you're a KS. KS is not ranked that high, they're on the same level as Pike and TEP (which is still respectable). Otherwise, excellent deduction.

I put them there because KS has been free from trouble for a while now, unlike PIKE and TEP. They have a stronger history here.

It's worth noting that there is a small drop off space between KA and the next tier that no house really has fulfilled yet.
