There's no telling with Pi Kapp. The members so far are a mixed bag with no reputation but what we do know is that they're going to have a nice house, great alumni base, and cheap dues. That should help them a lot but then again, maybe not. If they want a decent pledge class they better start recruiting hard during summer b otherwise they're screwed.

Is SAE under National or IFC review? I want to rush there and I hear they're one of the best, but I don't want what sounds like is happening to Sig Ep to end up happening there

IFC and possibly the DEA.

SAE will be fine they've been careful the past few months and have many alumni in positions of power with IFC. No worries.

How were the careful when the had 2 brothers arrested at a party they had at their house at the end of last year?

Tiers mean nothing and if youre the kind of guy that think letter actually mean something..then youre going to have a very hard time the rest of your life. Join a frat you fit into and can be yourself. For everyone else..get off this site and love your life..only girls are supposed to have drama like this

Except Pi Kapp was huge here until 4 years ago and they're going to have a really nice house and a lot of alumni support.

Except their pledges now suck, and it's not like they're the only fraternity on the row building a new house and Alumni don't decide who they have socials with, the brothers do.
