@I heard...PIKE is already middle tier for sure and PiKapp will enter at that level to. They, along with KA, will be the 3 at the top of mid tier at the end of the year as Theta Chi and ZBT drop.
@Rush...Sigma Chi is definitely mixing in A LOT of Sofla, as is SAE, slowly but surely. ATO and KA are the two good southern houses. Then there's KS at the middle of mid tier.

SAE is no more sofla than ATO some sofla kids but primarily southern still

No. ATO has absolutely no sofla kids and SAE has a few (or at least a few southern guys that are soflaish for one reason or another). ATO and KA are much more southern but SAE is still better.

The guy below is definitely right. KA and ATO are the way to go if you're looking for an exclusively southern house. Sigma Chi and SAE are undoubtedly solid top tier, just not quite as southern.

Chi Phi/ Fiji/ Theta Chi you mean? Oh, never mind, its because you probably are a Theta Chi. You guys suck. You guys blow. Always have. Don't pick on the little Pi Kapp boys because they're going to build a brand new house next to you. You guys are the biggest trolls on this site. Spend less time posting on Greek Rank and trying to save your middle tier spot.
