But who is going to be in the top 3 once sigep loses 3/4 of their brothers? (and dont give me the brothers will still be brothers, it's a money issue 45 brothers= two socials? Maybe three?) obviously ex and sae, but phi delt, ato, or beta?

Phi Delt. Maybe Beta in a few years if Sig Ep doesn't recover, Beta keeps getting better, and Phi Delt doesn't turn things around with their mediocre pledge classes. Another question, how far is Sig Ep going to drop? Not as badly as ZBT will since they'll still have a house, right?

You guys are all kidding yourselves. ΣΦΕ will still be on top, nothing is going to change. They will continue to pull the hottest chicks and throw the best HC yet. It's going to be interesting how they will fund it but I'm assuming their Alumni will throw in tons of money. Simple as that.
