That's retarded. That's like saying there was no reason for anyone to join SAE, PIKE, or TEP once they all got back on campus after getting into trouble. Now look at them, they're all upper middle houses at the least and they did it within a short time of coming back when the tiers were solid. Sig Ep was nothing years ago, now they're top house. DTD and Chi Phi used to be top houses, now look at them. I agree with the other guy that anything could happen with the "top tier" in turmoil.

Just lost 75% of their membership, sure they can call the other kids brothers still but they wont pay dues which means they are going to have the lowest social budget ever. Good luck stayin on top with that

That's what KA said. ATO is next to fall and sigma chi is adapting nicely. The only solid southern house is SAE and things aren't looking too good for them with IFC. Looks like you guys are in quite the "situation".

There will always be some "southern" kids who will be in a top fraternity albeit ATO, SAE, or even EX. But while theyre always be around, they are quickly becoming the minority. Sofla houses are just tops plain and simple, girls love us, we run student government, and we have huge alumni bases, that's just the way it is. Theres a 4:2 advantage for sofla in the top 6 and it's not changing any time soon, you can have your two "SEC" frats but we'll continue as the majority. TFCO.

is the reason why UF needs to get kicked out of the SEC. Yall have the worst Greek Life in the SEC undoubtedly, because of this reason. Florida is not the South. You can't have a bunch of guidos running Greek Life at your school, that's so contradictory it doesn't even make sense. I'm embarrassed to be in the same conference as yall. There's no reason the more Southern fraternities (KA, SAE, ATO, and even Sigma Chi) shouldn't be the top fraternities at your school. That's just ridiculous. Too many damn guidos and yankees in your state, I'm glad I only go there once a year.

These other SEC guys should come here with that pride they're boasting about and learn something. There's a reason why Florida dominates in sports and brains in the SEC. Us "guidos" (we aren't guidos dammit) are no joke. If we were how could we have taken over the whole school that was once run by "southern gentlemen"? We're smarter, more athletic, and more fun with the ladies.

Anyone know the stereotypes associated with each house? There's at least a little truth in every stereotype.
