Nationwide top tier houses are Phi Delt, SAE, Sig Ep and Sigma Chi...varied by college...holds true at UF

Sigep is by no means top tier nationwide, they're like pike, alot of chapters, alot of brothers, alot of weirdos

Oh boy, tell me more about how you're going to be the next Steve Jobs! First off, we're not "guido" as everyone says, and even if we were, just look at what we managed to do (Take over the whole school). We'll do it in the real world as well. It's laughable that you think we can't run businesses when some of us "guidos" already own small businesses or are lawyers or doctors while still raging harder than you, getting better grades, slamming better girls, and looking better doing it. Face it, your romanticized vision of the south is crumbling. The only respectable southern house is SAE (I count Sigma Chi as neutral). The rest are dropping quick.

While we're on the topic of south florida vs southern frats, can anyone tell me how pi kapp is looking (more sofla or southern)? I'm a legacy from this chapter but if they're no good I'll look into sig ep, phi delt, or sigma chi.

would I call the top tier rocky. The same few fraternities have ran the university of florida and will continue to do so, those being Phi Delt, SAE, ATO, and Sigma Chi. These four will never be anything short of top tier. A few other fraternities like sig eps will make their way up there every now and then but none will be as stable as those top 4.

A "Guido" top tier. You can't stop it, KA has been replaced by beta, sigma chi is transforming into sofla, and pretty soon ATO and SAE are going to fall too. It's only a matter of time. Southern houses need to either adapt or get run out of town. Sofla takeover.

Also, all the top 6 houses (sigep, phidelt, sae, ato, sigmachi, beta) are firmly stuck in hc rotations, gamedays, and socials. Besides getting kicked off campus, the top is rock solid
