SAE, ATO, KA, and Sigma Chi are the only four real fraternities. And no matter what campus you're on in the south, those four will always be good. Can't say the same about your fist pumpin jersey shore boys. Actually I'm pretty sure this is the only campus they ARE respected...

Oh really? I can name quite a few campuses where ATO, KA, and SAE blow in the south. Sigma Chi is good pretty much everywhere and they adopt to the region (of course they still have bad chapters but still I would rate them the #1 fraternity nationally). Sig Ep is #1 here whether you like it or not despite not being "fratty" and they're either really good or really bad when looking at each chapter individually. Phi Delt is consistently good nationally as well.

I'll give you Sae, ex, and I guess ato, but ka? Theyre not even respected on this campus anymore, who cares how they are elsewhere in the south? Especially when they're so bad in any other part of the country

Even if they have only 50 official members you don't think the cut members are going to be treated as brothers anyways? If you don't you're an idiot. Besides, they already have a huge reputation and can easily pull a huge pledge class.
