Is ZBT losing their house to Pi Kapp this next year or the following year?

ZBT only has it for fall of next year before they're out. Then the house will be torn down and a new one for Pi Kapp will be built and finished before fall of the following year.

They probably total at about 4 Hispanics so I don't see how thats a valid arguement. Reguardless, why should that matter? They're still top, have a southern style but not to the point of being "redneck".

SAE is not redneck, you must be thinking of KA and ATO

They're still southern. Not as southern as KA(redneck southern), ATO(rich country club southern), or even Kappa Sig. Either way, despite not being the most southern they are the best southern house. ATO has some Indians and Hispanics as well by the way.

The only four that are actually like other SEC schools:

Sigma Chi, SAE, ATO, KA

from those four fraternities, UF and the state of Florida for that matter, is about as frat as a cargo short convention.
