Don't forget, KA and ATO have been steadily sliding down for years as SAE has been getting all the good southern kids. Pike and Pi Kapp are in the perfect position to prosper. TEP could also benefit if they weren't under IFC's microscope. Theta Chi and KS will only stay the same or move down slowly from here on.

that is one of the worst rankings I've ever seen. Pike is not better than Tep or theta chi, Phi Tau is not as good as kappa sig or Theta chi. I only agree with 1 and 2. even 6 can be debated. 7 is correct

Are you retarded? Pi Kapp can't be ranked, they haven't even fully set up. Do they even have a house while ZBT is in theirs for 1 more year? Then it'll take at least another year for their new house to be built. They will not move up fast like Pike did because they'll be without a house for quite a while. At least Pike had their house as soon as they got back and it's location was a plus since everyone passes by it.
