UPPER MID: ATO, KA, Beta
MID: Kappa Sig, Theta Chi, ZBT
BOTTOM MID: Delt, Phi Tau, Tep
BOTTOM: Aepi, Chi Phi, Lambda Chi, Delta Chi, Pi Lam, FIJI
Worst: Sigma Nu, DU, Sigma Pi, AGR, anyone leftover

Actually, most of the tiers are very consistent with personal preference changing a few things up.

The top: sig ep, phi delt, sigma chi, sae
Falling top: ka, ato
Wannabe top: beta, kappa sig, theta chi, zbt
Middle: phi tau, tep, tke
Bottom: dx, dtd, aepi, chi phi, lxa

Worthless: figi, sigma nu, pi lamb, du

"truth" had it very close except change falling top to "upper middle" because let's face it those other fraternities aren't going to be better than them anytime soon. Also, move beta up to upper middle.
So then it's like this:
Top- sig ep, phi delt, sae, sigma chi
Upper middle- ato, beta, ka
wannabe top/ middle tier- Kappa sig, Theta chi, Zbt
lower middle- Phi tau, tep, teke
lower- dx, dtd, Aepi, chi phi, Lxa
bottom- sn, du, figi

While all tier rankings are arbitrary, Hunter's tiers are pretty good.
