sae and sigma chi will be the two best here...
phidelt/ato/ka/pike/pikapp will all be top tier, but not to the level of sigma chi/sae, until time rebalances the tier system

Pike and Pi Kapp are a long way from being top tier. Sure they may move up a little, but the real beneficiaries would be Theta Chi, TEP, Beta, and maybe Kappa Sig.

no way man...tep are in way too much trouble to ever progress past mid tier...theta chi were placeholders while pike/pikapp were gone, so many girls and guys really dislike beta its tough to see them moving up when pike/pikapp are arriving, kappa sig will never be better than KA. pike and pikapp were strong here and will come back strong here. that being said i dont think sigep are leaving

Explanations:

Think clearly people. Even when SigEp gets kicked off, its not the end of the world... nothing is really changing.

Sigma Chi and SAE will be top of the top and PhiDelt will be added to this level.
ATO and Beta will make up this pseudo-tier simply because they are not good enough to be in the top of the top, but not bad enough to be in the likes of middle-tier.
Pike will move up here, and KA will slip just a tad into this pseudo-tier also, last few classes have been beyond terrible.
Hate to say it there's room for Theta Chi here, depending on their Fall PC. If terrible they are catapulted back to middle-middle, if great they will elevate to top of middle with potential to stay there for a long ass time.

Your rankings are insane. First off, you didn't have SigEp listed. Secondly, you have TEP and Pi Kapp over ZBT and Kappa Sig. AGR is absolutely bottom tier (Top 5 worst). Lambda Chi, while bad isn't THAT bad. DU should be lower. Phi Tau, Delt, and AEPi are equal to each other and above the frats you listed as "lower".
